Pathetic service, non avilabity of service

I have got split A.C. Of L.G. Last july and i am facing problem with a.c. fan which is not working since last 7 days and i have complained to call centre n number of times but no engineer have come till now to rectify the a.c, My complain no is 61003447 dt 10.6.08
