Replacement of Airconditione

AC was purchased on 18th August from M/s Modern Electronics, Sector 22, Chandigarh. Noice in compressor is coming from the very first day. Complaint has been registered on 22.08.08, 24.08.08 with the dealer. Same complaint was lodged at customer care nos. several times. Company Engineer visited on 26.08.08 and told us that there is fault in compressor so we are again requesting you to kindly replace the A.C. with new one immediately. Early response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
