We have purchase one air conditioner detailed mentioned below, and the same was been installed by Skan Enterprises.(Authorised distributors and dealers of LC products). With a week the gas was leaked from the same and we lodged a service request for the same. But to our utter surprise while visited by your service engineer (Mr. Tanmoy Adhikary) on August 29, the same was not repaired saying that the istallation is not proper and dangerous. We are very surprised to know that at the time of installation the same was not dangerous and while servicing the same became dangerous. Till date the same has not been repaired. Every day we are lodging a service request at the LG service centers.
