Worst after sales service of LG

We have ordered a spares of split AC Front grill cover on 01/08 to LG Branch Office in Surat but till date i didnt receive the spares im not asking for them free of charge im ready to pay the price but they say the part is not available in all over india, if the spares is not available after one year how can they sell the product & advertise in Papers, TV & FM Radio that they are No-1 Service provider in india. Infact the Service Manager Mr. parag Desai is not receiving my call in his mobile No.9879106721. I want the spares which i required or else change my AC with which spares is available in india.
