Gift under T20 scheme not recieved

I had purchased one semi auto washing machine from Ezone rohini delhi on 26th jan under scratch scheme voucher #768185 i got a mobile as award which i have not recieved till yet even after wait of more than two months and followup with various official of dealers Ezone mart rithala rohini and LG office people.

Now i am being conveyed by LG staff that they have invoiced the same and Ezone is not willing to part with and hand over the mobile to me, people spoken to:
