I always had LG products in my house; however, my last experience with this company... definatley..will never buy from them.

Worst dealer, pathetic customer service, and unprofessional staff... that is how I will define.

I bouth a new AC, which didnt work from the installation... since then..have made more than 200 callls to their call center, GM service, North, engineers, dealer..and God knows where. it took 2 weeks for them to change my product...
