Complaint not resolved

Hi,

I have a complaint with LG pending for more than a month. Thsi is wrt my TV which was not working. LG replaced a part worth 2000. However the TV is still not working. LG personnel again visted my house and took the part and have not returned or provided any positive response. Its been more than amonth now.
