AMC service not provided

I had renewed the AMC for my 29” TV through Siddhivinayak Electonics (Goregaon, Mumbai) in April. We had paid Cash to the service engineer and were informed that the AMC card would be received from the company. We have till date not received the AMC card. We have a reference number HLP HJ 01413 relating to the AMC provided by the Service Centre.

I have given this reference number to the new Service centre (since Siddhivinayak Electronics is no longer an authorised LG service centre) and have also spoken to to Mr. Vishal (from the LG AMC dept tel 28352884), written mail to Mr. Harish Suri, lodged complaints on the LG site but no action has been taken till date nor has anyone bother to get back to me on this. The original complaint was lodged on 20th Oct.
