No replacement of Microwave

Dear Sir,

I have bought Microwave MC-7687AB on 17th October.

& few days back I found that the door of the MW is malted from inside.

I lodge a complaint No. C09B1421383 on 14th November with the customer service, LG engineer visted for a check & promised for a replacement within 7 days.

Now today 21st Noveber 2009 after 7 days I am getting a response from your store room that they don't have the same model in their stock & they don't know whether it will come in stock in next 10 days / 15 days.

At this movement I am not able to use my microwave at all & bacause of that facing problems.

I request you to please arrange this model to exchange with my faulty MW ASAP.
