Misuse of Shell's Name

Sir,

someone is misusing your name. They are first sending an SMS to a person's mobile saying that he/she has won 200, 000GBP. Then they ask for the person's address and other details. They ask to choose from telegraphic transfer and Diplomatic system of payment (in which they say some"door step delivery") for "giving this cash prize" to the person. This happened to me. I thought I'll go till I find out that all this is cheating. So I chose "Diplomatic System of payment" After this they say they send their diplomat to my country and ask for $950 as for the "settlement of the shipment and Airport clearance charges". That's a considerable sum in India... its almost 50, 000 rupees. I think they would have run away with it if I had taken it to the airport and given it to their "diplomat". I questioned them asking if they could afford to give away 200, 000GBP why can't they along with that spend some 950$ themselves. For this I haven't got any reply till today. I can give you their email ids if you want it. Please do not show them that it was me who made the complaint as I'm afraid they may take revenge.
