Poor Service attendance for Refrigerato

We have a 2 door refrigerator which worked fine for about 4 yrs and now recently we faced a problem with the refrigerator and it stopped working. We registered a complaint and the service guy visited for inspection after 2 days after several phone calls and follow ups. He promised that he would get the refrigerator fixed the same day. He also mentioned that he would need to replace the compressor and gas would need to be filled and collected the payment in advance from us. Our requirement was immediate (already delayed by 2 days) as we have a small baby at home and milk cannot stay fine without refrigeration - so we paid. However, after several follow ups the engineer finally came another 2 days later to replace the compressor. The fridge worked fine for 2 weeks after that and now suddenly the cooling stopped. We called up the service guy again (both call center and teh same service guy who had visited earlier) and he finally took time out from his busy schedule to attend our complaint on the third day. LG claim 2-1-1 service... no such concept. Now he claims that compressor is choked - well.. he only replaced the compressor 2 weeks ago and now its conked off in just 2 weeks. He again promised that he would get the compressor replaced again the same day... but again all false promises. When we complained to him highlighting service and product deficiency - he had the audacity to say that you can give whatever feedback you want to. Arrogance - who said customer is the king. We stay in Janakpuri in Delhi and this is attended by some service center from Mayapuri New Delhi... calls itself Decent Services!!!
