It is indeed with deep regret i write that the complaint submitted by us more than amonth ago has still not beena ctioned. DO i need to escalate the amtter to youur higher authorities?

the complaint no siW8C81901504.its probably the 3rd complaint out by us. We have spoken with Mr Nabila on 19/08/08 last and have ahd no revert after that. The AC has got burnt and has to be replaced and is still in warranty period.

IT is indeed horrid after sales ervice provided by you all.

I shall be forced to escalate the matetr to your Md if there is no revert in the next 24 hrs./
