AC Split
Wrong billing wrong product supply

On 6 jul I bought LG make ACsplit 1 .5 ton from sector 29 Reliance Mart Gurgaon Haryana.

On 8 JUl it was delivered and the ac was installed and it was revealed later that it was 1 ton AC and not 1.5 Ton AC.

When complained to manager at Reliance Mart he said nothing can be done now since it was

already installed.

As per the tag displayed at the mart it was written 1.5 ton.

When manager was told the discrepancy he said there was some mistake and similar mistake has happened earlier.

I request that this AC be replaced with 1.5 ton.

A similar complained was lodged by me on 9jul with no response.
