Train and Platform Conditions

Dear Concerned Authority,

I am Dilip Sanap From Mumbai I travel between Mumbai – Aurangabad very frequently I travel by below mention trains.

2071, 2072 JANSHATABDI EXP

7618, 7617 TAPOVAN EXP

I wish to tell you that facilities given in the AC chair cart are not up to the mark.

Problems faced during the traveling are below

No proper Seats

Train Boogie not clean

Limited Water supply in the toilets

No Mobile/Laptop Charging Point

Bulls / Cow running on the stations (Manmad) Image attached.

Broken windows.

During my travel from Aurangabad To Mumbai Train number 7618 Tapovan Exp train was waiting at Manmad Station for as long as 20-30 Minutes. I have managed to take some Photographs which are attached In the mail.

Kindly take the matter on priority and do the needful to provide good service to the passengers.
