LG Casette ACs
No Service against complaints

Dear Sir,

This mail is to inform you all that i have purchased 5 Casette ACs from M/s Mascot Engineers (Prop. Mr. Dheeraj Chaudhary) on Feb 9th.

After some time due to some defect we got three compressors failed.

We filed so many complaints for that to Mascot as well as to LGindia but still we have not got any possitive feedback from their side.

As well as we are in continuous touch with Mr. Santosh (09873334137) from LG. But still we are not geting any response.

Bills and Executive visit records are attached.

And you are requested to please urgently look into the matter and do the needful asap.
