NOT PROVIDING THE FREE ITEMS WITH THE PRODUCTS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase a LG Desktop with flatron from Relience Digital City centre mall Nasik. I have paid Rs 34990/- cash, there were some items free with this purchase, they gave me two items and about the two remaing items (Philips speakers & TCL wireless headphones) they told me to come after three days, when I went there to collect the items after 10 days they told me to collect only philips speakers and about the second item they told me to come after 3 days when I asked them why they are not giving me now they (Mr. Dheeraj and Mr, Deepak) tod me that we dont have in stock, and they mentioned me that while purchasing Desktop we told you that we have problem getting these gift items from our office.

Sir, please tell me for a small items we have to go there again and again, and ask like a begger.

These gifts should be given while purchasing only.
