MICROWAVE NOT WORKING

I have lodged a complaint with IFB customer care to attend my microwave oven 20SC2 on 29.07.2009 (ticket no-3314799)& made several follow-ups there after with customer care, Local Dealer (TS Vision, Vapi), IFB Service Manager Mr Brijesh Nair (Mobile No.-9328283767) & Authorised Service Centre Mr. Pravin Patel (9824192341) & .But till date nobody has attended my oven even after passage of two months.
