No on side warrenty service provide

Sir,

I already have a complin for my LG monitor on 17.12.07 .My complain No. is C1701367 register at 1800-180-9999 .They said your service provide within 24 hour. But no any service provide till date. After a week from the register of complain I call the same number and they said that call to 9434034843. I call the no. and they give my address for service provide but no any service I get till date. Then I call to 9434034843 and he said you call to 0341-2215170.I call that number but they give another no which is 0341-2207719.I call the number. They said on side warrenty not provide you have come with this monitor to the Asansol Service center. Sir this is customer Harassment. Please take any step about this froding.
