Eakage in sole

Sir,

i had purchaged the flotter on 30th april worth Rs.2990.00. and i found the breakage in the just after one month. sir i am a MBA student so i felt it like to inform you that your brand image is decreasing day by day. i m using your products since a long period but i am finding problems from last two-three purchages.

i will request you to take some step to improve or come over these faults also short out my problem and guide me what to do?

i dont want any repair in my foot wear i dont like repaired footwear.
