TTR asked me bribe

TTR Name: Shreekumar (Kanyakumari to Bangalore) Me and my friend didnt get resevation to sleeper class so we bought the ordinary ticket and boarded the sleeper class campartment. Though there was a huge availability of seats the TTR asked me to pay extra 100 on each ticket when asked for what reason he replied that there were no seats available. This is the was these gvnt employees make side income.

There is no authority to check this not punish these sort of culprits.
