2600C- Nokia
KEYPAD NOT WORKING

I have purchased a nokia 2600C in sep. in may the keypad had some problem hence the i was unable to operate the mobile. i gave the mobile to nokia care jawahar nagar, kota. they updated the software and again given the mobile to me after a day or so i have faced the same problem again i went to the nokia care ofice and the executive over there had told me that your mobile is liquid damage. they have given me the estimation of 250 Rs and i had made my handset repaired by paying the amount.

Now i have collected the mobile and as soon as i reached home i started facing the same problem.

Actually they are not able to repair the phone hence they are making excuses...

I request you to kindly consider and replace my mobile phone as there is some kind of technical error in the phone.
