Internet is either not opneing or very slow

Dear sir, It is for the last 20 days the internet has gone very slow. It takes 5 to 6 minuites simply to open and sht down in between. I tried on the lap top as well with the same result. The pin shows very oftewn request timed out. Your officers vissited and advised to chnage the plan. This I dontfeel is a solution. Pl do something Your Mashkoo
