A2a balance has suddenly reduced from 1220RS to 0 RS

We bought this cell on 15 th april. This scheme had a free a2a amount of 2375RS .THIS FREE TALKTIME SHOULD ACTUALLY EXPIRE ON APRIL 14 TH 2009 (VALIDITY 2 YEARS). Till yesterdsy we had 1220RS A2A BALANCE REMAINING ON OUR ACCOUNT, BUT SUDDENLY IT DROPPED to 0.00RS this morning. why is it so? to whom should we contact regarding this problem? How will this problem be solved?
