Heights of Irresponsible Behaviour on part of LG deale

Dear Sir/Madam

This in regard with the exhibition of LG Products held on 18-19 April at Kumar International, Amritsar. We booked an LCD model 42LG80FR priced at Rs.70, 000 with a free LG home theatre by depositing Rs.500 with the customer name of my mother Mrs. Kiran Handa on 19nth April. LG Company Representative Mr. Prabhjot Singh (9855506288-till date we are unable to contact him) promised us that we will get the product within three days from their dealer BHOLI BROS, HALL BAZAR, Amritsar (Mob. 9216151896; 9216151893)

Subject to the above mentioned details. Since then we've been calling Bholi Bros and they have been cooking some excuse or the other. They are not making it clear that when are they going to process our order. Its sheer negligence on their part and I am sorry to say but your dealer has no etiquettes and courtesy to resolve or even listen to customer complaint. They also have kept the original copy of booking with themselves without providing us with a copy of the same. My father has called them numerous times and they keep giving different numbers for resolving our query. I am hereby, forwarding the copy of this problem to you, hoping that correct action will be taken.
