Display problem

I ve brought one w1953t series lg lcd monitor 0n 6 aug. since then i m having the problem. ov viewing any photos or videos there is extra light focus. just sort of negative shadows. on registering the complain to coustomer care they said its problem of ur system. i ve replaced the system but the problem exists. now what to do?
