Bad Service at Bajaj Electronics [of Bajaj Finance]

Dear Sir,

I had visited :

Bajaj Electronics

Shop No. 6-3-669, Punjagutta,

Hyderabad - 500082

Tel: 23400391

Landmark: Next to Hyderabad Central

Subsequently I selected a Refrigerator of Samsung & a LCD of LG.

I opted for loan & submitted all documents required for the loan.

Photograph,

Rent Agreement Copy,

ID Card Copy,

3 month Bank Statement of my Bank A/c with HDFC, Ahmedabad,

Payslip of my last Company,

Offer Letter of my Present Company (Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.)

All the above documents were provided by me on 25/09/08. And I was informed that the verification will be completed in one day.

On repeated reminders to Bajaj Electronics & your representative, I was informed on 30/09/08 evening that the Loan is rejected.

No, reason have been given for the same.

Also, after that I have been trying to contact any concerned person on phone, but in vain.

I clearly mentioned the products are required within a day or two. but till date I could not fetch the products.

Please look into the matter & let me know the reason / s for the said rejection & alternative arrangement.
