Defective Monitor / Frame

Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Defective LG LCD TV (Scarlet series)

This may please be noted earnestly, I purchased a LG LCD TV (32", Scarlet series)

on 25.03.09 at "E-Zone" in Mani Square Plaza, Kolkata- 7000054.

Noticed, vertical lines while the Tv was in use, after few months (within gurantee pd.).

On this issue several complaints were lodged with the LG service centre, in Kolkata.

Unable to rectify the fault, perhaps The Lg Technicians replaced the frame (scarlet 1 series),

with new spare.

After, in use for one day, three nos. vertical lines noticed again on the new frame.

Even after Cable lines disconnected, or DVd playback, the lines persisted.

As the problem with the 'LG' set continues to linger, I'm very worried & frustrated on the

future of this set, as the gurantee period will soon seize.

The dealer has also no responsibility, it seems.

A brand name Like "LG" & it's after-sale-service are now in question ..??!!
