I’m trying to get resolution on my LG LCD TV display issue with LG customer service center. I received the problem call id W9C50800440 on May 8th and till date not able to get solution for the issue. Also note that LCD TV is still under Warranty.

I continuously was in touch with Shri Ganesh Electronics (Authorized Service Center for LG in Mumbai) in last 2 months but never got satisfactory answers on all status related query. On top of that 3 times service engineer visited my home and was not able to understand the issue first and then came with incorrect solution.

Finally today I was told by Shri Ganesh Electronics to escalate this issue to their Manager Manish Sawant as they can’t do anything else now. I tried calling Manish on his cell but he is never reachable.

Also below mentioned Mumbai Regional Service Office contact provided on LG Web site is not reachable at any time. [Contact Person: Ajay Pattanker Contact No (Lan/FAX/Mom no) : 022-28352882 - 87 28352889]

Appreciate if I can get some help on this.
