Efrigerator not working properly

LG refrigerator, 320 litre Frost free, lotus red bought on 6-10 from Kohinoor Tele Video (A unit Of Ganesh Tele Video), Thane. Only the freezer is working but a lot of frost accumulating in the freezer. No cooling in the lower part where food is kept. Fault recurring even after repair. Request made for replacement, but no response from Company/Dealer, and no replacement made till date. Customer is made to suffer even after paying the full price of the product. Immediate action needed.
