2 BHK Flat in Attapur
Maintenance liability of sold out flat

I have purchased a 2 BHK flat in Attapur. I have taken the possession of the same in Feb and started living since March. Once I shifted I started noticing some of the problems like Marble has started cracking, some of the switches have direct connection (needs new installation of switch board), leakage in wash area (which has to be repaired from my above floor). I have been asking my bulder to repair it for the past 3-4 months but he is not listening.

What could be the options left to me? He has not give me any allotement letter of car parking. The society has not been formed as the construction work in remaining blocks are still going on.

Any suggestion could be of great help to me.
