Lg microvave
PCB not working

Sir,

This is to inform you that due to high voltage my microvave stopped working. i had made a complaint for my L.G.fridge, which was also affected. An L.G> engineer by the name og Sunny came to repair the fridge. He said he repairs microvave also. So hr opened it and said the pcb is not working. He took the P.C.B. and after 20days said the ppppppppart is not available and to make a complaint to the call centre. ITS BEEN 10 DAYS AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ARRANGE THE p.c.b. Its shocking the such a reputed company like L.G.is so slow in arranging a part and satisfying its customers for 25years. Now i regret of having bought L.G.products. Kindly loof=k into the matter immediately. I am from dehradoon.
