Dear sir,

i have logded a complaint on 21st january through you toll free number, your engineer has visited us next day and informed us that silica mica part was to be

repalced in my microwave, and he will get it done next day, but till date this part is not available at your service centre, i donot know why in such big companies small parts are not available, today once again we have complianed to your toll free number but still part is not available.

my compliant number is N9C12108122.

Please check into this and get it repaired immidietly.
