I have registered a complaint in 06 Oct 09. Someone came and attended the complaint and said that some spares needs to be changed. However, since 20 days, inspite of repeated reminders, my complaint has not been attended (My earlier complaint No S 9CA 0600375 dated 06 Oct 09). My fresh complaint No is 1910200965046 dated 19 OCt 09. till date i have not received any answers to my complaint, nor am i able to know the status of the complaint.
