LG MOBILE(KG 195)
NO INTERNET SERVICE

Dear sir/madam

I've bought LG mobile on 8thDec, o8.Model no. is KG 195.I have bought this mobile so that i can use internet service with this. In the booklet it is written that it has internet service but when i use it internet was not available. I had consulted to the dealer and he said that internet service is not available on your phone. Now we are consulting the dealer but he is not responding. I had consulted to computer engineer he is saying that modem is not available. We have got upset.i request you to please loo upon my problem and plz give me solution. Thanks
