I purchased one LG KG 195 mobile from Hotspots, Sahara Mall on 3rd August with Hot Spot care pack, in the name of my daughter Sapna.

It started malfunctioning in November and was given for repair in the last week of November to Hotspots, Sahara Mall Gurgaon. They repaired the same and gave back to me. After some tme the same problem (malfunctioning) occurred in the mobile. It was not getting charged, ear phone was not working and key pad light was not working.

I submitted it again to Hotspots, Sahara Mall Gurgaon on 26th February for repair. On my frequent reminders, I received a call on 26th March (after one month) from Hotspots mobicare that they are not able to repair it. They told me to deposit the all accessories in Hot Spot Sahara mall and then after some time they will give me 50% cost of mobile. Message received from Hotspots mobicare is appended below:

I send a letter through speed post to LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. on 08.04.2009 along with photo copies of all the documents. Also send the scanned copy of letter and other documents to LG through e-mails (happycalls@lgindia.com). Lodged a complaint no. 2104200946785 with LG web site on 21.04.2009 and no. 505200946785 dated 05.05.2009.

Till date I have not received any response from LG.

Dear Mr. Vikram,

Your handset is non-repairable which is declared by LG itself, as you are our Carepack customer so that we are providing you 50% credit note but if you want your handset back then kindly mail me from which outlet you are comfortable to collect your handset.
