LG MONITOR TV 18.5"
UNABLE TO GET THE DTH as promised by LG

Sir,

I have purchasd a LG monitor TV on 11.10.2009 and as per the attached details I have submitted

the claim vocher with other documents as per the list and DD for Rs 99. through post. I have receied

a message from M/s spectramind on 30.010.09 stating that they have received the claim form on 16.10.2009. But till now I have not received any DTH offer as promised in the LG product brocher.

My claim vocher no is 138193.

Even I have tried to contact spectramind through email which was not fruit ful. If this offer is false why

companies like LG is not taking any legal actions on this company? Is this one of the ways for making money by taking DD for Rs 100? Since the above advertisement is given by LG and promoted by LG they are also fully responsible for all misdeeds of spectramind marketing.
