LG monitor TV
Non-receipt of Free DTH

I purchased a LG Monitor TV in the month of September along with which a free DTH Connection was supposed to be supplied free. I forwarded all the necessary papers and a DD of Rs. 99/- of SBI Garden Reach Branch, Kolkata-43 on 7.9.09 which they have received on 11.09.09 as they have confirmed over phone. They told me that they will need 4 weeks to despatch my freebies and today is 13th October but I have not received my DTH. Please look into the matter.
