LG Music system 3 CD changer
System not working, parts not available

I purchased a 3 CD changer in 2006 (cost was Rs 14000) after 3 years this system has a unique problem, whenvere you put the CD inside the tray, the tray goes inside & within few second it will come back saying that not readable on the display screen.

with this problem i went to service center of LG keeping some hopes about repair of system, service center person received the complaint & told me that he will revert after 3 days about the concern.but it went 2-3 weeks we had not received any call from LG service center, one fine day we went there and asked about the system, then opened the case that means till time they have not take any step to solve the problem.

After my shouting the service Manager told me that these systems are off dated & not repairable,

my concern is that Does LG donot have any bothering about customers money, as i had paid Rs 14000 for the system. the value of that money within 3 years is zero as per LG concept.

can i go to customer forum for justice?
