LG Plasma Tv 42PG61
TV is still not delivered by dealer (15 days)

Have bought LG Plasma Tv 42PG61 from LG Shopiee (City Center, Kolkata) on 14th Sep and still the TV set is not delivered (25th Sep). On calling the delear he says it will take another week as it is not yes send by LG.

If LG will make such delays in delivering then surely it will lose it's customer.

IF in Kolkata (Metropolitan city) this is happening i can figure out the state of other cities.

Please do forward this problem to the concerned authorities.
