Not accepting purchasing bill as warranty

Sir i bought a portable DVDplayer with 7inch display, it's lense got damaged and need to replaced i purchased this item at SARAVANA ELECTRONICS T NAGAR CHENNAI they gave me a small slip like ATM transaction slip with computer billing in which they mentioned the date of purchase amount and the wrong item no the item is made in malaysia, they told me that it covers all india warranty of one year but here at hyderabad they are not accepting. Pls sugest me how to proceed, the warranty upto end of next month only reply me immediately because there is not much time
