I would like to bring to your kind notice that my mobile phone bearing No. 9387012760 (in my own name connection is taken) is lost/stolen from Sakthan Thamburan Bus Stand, Thrissur, Kerala and hence I request you to kindly stop service to this mobile phone at the earliest. I myself communicated this matter to the Sub Inspector of Police, Thrissure Town East Police Station and a written complaint is submitting today to the Police Station. So I request you to do the needful at the earliest.
