Cooling Problem

greetings

here by i'm informing you that on the date of August 1st 2008 i've purchased the LG Refridgerater (Double Door) model no GL-328LAG-G 807LPWR001257 CM 57806NL 043098RZ.

now the complaint is that above Fridge stopped cooling from mid of April 09 this year. after several complaints your authorized dealer m/s Jyoti Electric Company, Tanda, Ambedkarnagar, Uttar Pradesh from where i've purchased the above fridge void invoice no 5/218 dated August 1st, has sent a mechanic to rectify the above mention problem. the mechanic said it is too-hot now a days and a LG fridge can not properly work in so hot weather (44c).

the complaint is side walls of the fridge is going too hot to touch (unbearable).

my request is that if it is a defective piece please replace it or get it in proper working condition as soon as possible as the hot summer these days is unbearable. the earliest action from your side is awaited.

i think the local dealer has no expert mechanic to rectify the problem because of (so hopeless) statement regarding your product.

the heartiest request to you is to replace the product as soon as possible.
