Re: delivering a damaged refrigerato

We bought l.g. refrigerator (model no: Lg Ref 478 YTX) on 11th of september.company demo person came on 12th september. Till then we haven't touched the refrigerator.when the company demo person came to demonstrate we noticed a scratches on the refrigerator door and we lodged a complaint with that company demo person .he said they will replace the damaged one within a week.there was no response.after a week we gave another complaint through email.in response to that we got a mail stating that the problem will be solved within week.so for nothing was done and we haven't used the the refrigerator.
