My Nokia Model is Not Working

Nokia Model : 3110C. I really dont know wht is the problem for my Cell? I was submitted to Nokia Care near Andheri (E). And after one week of examine the cell phone they told me that we cant resolve your query & give bak my cell. This is not the way to work? I purchase this cell phone in November & it is still in Wartanty. Now you guys tell me what should i do? right now i do not havwe that receipt with me.. But first filled my complaint then i revert it back..Please give me reply of this mail. i m waiting for u ASAP?.
