LG SOUND SYSTEM
FAULTY SET

I had purchased a sound system from the lg dealer at Kolhapur on the 4th of October. within 20 days there was a fault on the cd tray. The same was handed over the to service station at Kolhapur on the 25th of October and the set was returned the same day. Once again on the 11th of November the same problem occured. The set was once again handed over the same service centre. After 9 days the set was delivered to my residence at 21-00 hours. Now there is a trouble with the sound. What kind of system is this and what kind of service is this? This defective, faulty and poor quality set needs replacement or my money refunded.
