I am irctc user. My user is ID: mi_ashwini.

I am very unhappy to your service. Your system and SBI link system not work properly.

Result is money cut (-) in the bank account and I am not found Rail reservation ticket.

“Please note: If any people bank account to decuct (-)Rs. 5000/ - plus approx and Rail reservation ticket not found and your system return amount 4 to 7 days after, This is not good. I want same day return money. This is possible.

I said, your IRCTC software is not world level. I fill poor indian irctc site.”

This system is not up to mark. There are maney fault. Please improve the system.

IRCTC shoftware not full fill the passenger requirement,

Example: I want reservation ticket Bokaro Thermal to Buxar via Gomo - Gaya Jn.

Your system has not provide the reservation ticket. 2nd I want reservation Bokaro Thermal to Patna, I found reservation but reservation ticket/ticket required to Buxar as your system/software is fail. Reform urgently required.

So, Please immediately stop the system or improve the system immediately.

I found approx (10) ten error in your IRCTC system. This system is not ISI or world level site.

I see, poor Indian site, Improve required compatible world level site.

I therefore requested to cousumerforam to take the necessary action in this regard.
