Handset problem

this is to inform you that i purchase Nokia handset 3120 classic from m/s planet telecom, 155-D Kamla Nagar Delhi-110007 for Rs7150 on 1/1 As per EMI no.356851020786170

since the time of purchase there is a problem on then handset due to which we have to listen the call via Speaker OR Lead i.e we cant hear directly via mobile.

we already repaired this handset 3 times by Nokia Service Center, Ghanta Ghar Delhi-110007

So kindly Change or arrange a net handset or take a appropriate action as soon as possible.

This is a complaint which i did on 13/04, but an unappropriate action was taken by you.

i.e."you just repair the cell" but now the same problem is occuring.

so kindly change my handset or else i go to consumer forum.
