No Response form service cente

I had lodged a compalint with LG comstomer care on 14th Sept regarding the television not working, I had bought from Ezone - Bangalore - Rajaginagar. The LG costomer care says that they have forwarded the complaint to service center. But I did not any call form service center. I had called up service center also thrice. They say they will talk to one of their engineer. But I never got the call back.
