Extraordinary delay in in repairing the mobile

Sir,

i have given my 3250 model mobile for repair at NOKIA CARE (HCL) AT MOUNT ROAD, CHENNAI on 08-05 at 13.17 Hrs. The delivery date is on 22-05. But, whenever i enquired the status of the mobile the people at the service center, are telling that we are waiting for a component. please help me in this regard. Is it very difficult to repair 3250 model cell phone. i purchased that mobile at Rs.18, 000. Being such a costly mobile i am very much disspointed about the service support from nokia care (HCL).
