TV not working

DearSir,

I have lodged my complaint long back regarding not working of my TV.Your service mechanic postedat Singrauli area (M.P.) has taken out some parts from TV for repairing. But now almost 2to3 months have passed he has not turned up with the repaired parts. Pl. instruct accordingly and confirm me on 09425176727.
